Granada is a fast-growing outsourcing provider of client support services.  We partner with each client, tailoring our services, to meet their specific business needs. These services range from customer service, data management, technical support, and sales, just to name a few.

Your mission

Granada is looking for individuals who have experience and knowledge with high end kitchen appliances to join our Consumer Support team. We need exceptional individuals who are passionate about working with customers helping them to meet their current needs. The best candidate for this role is someone who loves to cook in the kitchen, enjoys learning about new kitchen appliances or electronics, has a strong customer service background and retail sales experience. You will at times need to recommend an alternative product to a customer if the product in which they are seeking is out of stock.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide first level support to consumers, retailers and/or Service Centers who engage with the contact center.
  • Emulate our culture, values and experience in all forms of communication.
  • Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all customers and show empathy for the customers at all times.
  • Aid in growing the brand by recommending and selling products/services to fit the consumer's needs and/or interests.
  • Accurately document customer information and inquiry details into the client's databases.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise of products and effectively resolve technical problems
  • Resolve customer complaints and defuse situations calmly and courteously.
  • Attend relevant product and skill training sessions and successfully pass related assessment tests.
  • Communicate with Manager or leadership team members any relevant feedback or observed trends.
  • Regular and punctual attendance. Must be able to work a variable schedule and overtime as necessary with up to 1 weekend day per month.
  • Focus on delivering the client's brand values of creativity, simplicity, excellence and insight

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills; prior experience successfully supporting customers of a luxury brand is preferred.
  • Technical proficiency and ability to provide clear technical direction and solutions to customers with varying levels of technical awareness.
  • 1+ year technical support experience or troubleshooting experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience within a call center environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
  • Align with our vision and supporting the clients vision 

Work at Home Office Expectations

Candidates must have a comfortable yet ergonomic workspace within their own home that provides adequate lighting and is free from noise and distraction.

Hours of Operation

Sunday

  • 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST

Monday – Wednesday

  • 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST
